The Back On Track album from Needwant takes one of the most seminal and classic New York house labels of the late eighties and early nineties and lets the sort after producer Nicholas painstakingly update the sound for 2011. Back On Track is all about bringing classic tracks back from the past and making these updated timeless productions available digitally for the first time.

This special edition collection is made of twelve classic Nu Groove tracks all in re- mastered WAV quality. Nicholas reinterprets classic Nu Groove artists including Bas Noir, Roqui and N.Y. House'n Authority, each given their own modern day twist for today's dancefloors.

After months of work Nicholas has paid respect with an authentic take on key Nu Groove tracks while capturing the sound of now. He is one of the key artists driving a fresh wave of interest in the classic house era and this release sees him building on an already highly acclaimed body of work.

The album includes an exclusive digital track Metro's 'Brownstone Express' available only with album only downloads. Also included is an exclusive seventy-minute mix from Nicholas of classic Nu Groove tracks. A superb continuous journey thought the sound of Nu Groove that has been mixed, spliced and edited like only Nicholas knows how.
